A separate owner’s suite (700 sq ft) may be rented upon request for added space and complete property privacy. Includes extra queen bed, full kitchen, living area, bath, and private balcony. Additional fee: $440/night (discounted if owner is away). No shared living areas.

Base rate includes 6 guests; $30/night per extra guest
Cleaning fee: $360 per stay
Shared duplex-style layout: Main house is entirely private with separate guest entrance; owner unit is fully self-contained, and accessed via a separate exterior entry door.
The owner may be residing there during your stay, but will fully respect your privacy with little to no interaction besides a quick hello or in passing with the driveway.

Perfect place to stay for a visit to Rainier, or if you’re just looking to relax in a beautiful area. This house has everything you would want and need! Beautiful views all around, such a pretty garden, and outside lights! My favorite part was the sauna! All in all, an amazing stay!

Elkai Studio is a gem! So close to the shops and restaurants of Packwood yet you feel completely tucked away in the mountains. The studio feels super private and was at the end of a quiet, gated road. The outdoor space is much larger than it looks in the photos and is so nicely landscaped and set up. We didn’t get to use the firepit but if we had wanted to there were blankets outside for us and lots of wood available. Inside the studio was exactly as pictured, super clean and well-appointed with everything you’d need to cook a homemade meal in the kitchen. There was even a Brita filter in the fridge so we could have filtered water for our hikes! The main bed was super comfortable, there were an abundance of towels, the shower had good water pressure and the sauna was amazing and spacious. The owners were incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive without being intrusive, and check in/check out was a breeze. Highly recommended!
